Villa Sirius is a beautiful villa only 5km to the sandy beach in Javea, with air - conditioning, wifi, private swimming pool and UK TV. Sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms. It is located in the Montgo National Park area.
Villa Sirius sits in a large 2000m2 plot with views behind of The Montgo & across to the mountains. The villa is all on one level and comprises of an open naya furnished for relaxing and dining, the lounge / dining room, a fully modern equipped kitchen/ utility, 1 king bedroom with a private balcony and a full ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a twin room. The master bedroom has and the double bedroom both have air conditioning units and ceiling fans whilst the twin bedroom has a ceiling fan only. There is also a further family shower room.
Outdoors is the lovely Mediterranean private gardens and a gated 10m x 5m private swimming pool. All the patios and gardens are furnished for sunbathing, BBQ´s and al-fresco dining with dramatic views to the Montgo National Park.
Entry to the villa grounds is via electric gates ensuring that the villa is secure and it is completely private. Once in the grounds there is shaded parking available for several cars.

This amazing spacious villa offers 8 bedrooms - 3 bedrooms with king-size beds, 4 bedrooms with double beds and one single bedroom. The special feature is the 2 towers with 2 bedrooms for the children and parents alike in 2 storeys, separated by a wooden floor giving the rooms a very nice and natural ambience. The wooden floor is not sound insulated, so movements in the upper bedrooms can be heard below. Bedlinen and towels are included, we also provide some toys and games for the kids.
There are 4 bathrooms -1 en-suite with bath, 2 en-suites with showers, a shower room plus a separate toilet.

Within the vicinity you will find a small supermarket and a bakery, (5 minutes walk away), 2 bars – Azahars, which has an excellent outside bar and lovely restaurants serving delicious food and tapas. The Lounge bar which opens at 4 every day and there are also three other nearby restaurants offering Italian, German/Greek and Indian Food.
About 4 kms away is the lovely sandy Arenal beach, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere with a large choice of bars restaurants and shops. There are pedalo's for the children and you can hire jets skis and rides out on motorboats if you wish.
And if your going out, don't worry about keys. This is a smart home where a code allows you access the home.
