Villa Pinomar is a 2 bedroomed detached villa in the Pinosol area of Javea- sleeping 4 people in 2 bedrooms. It offers airconditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fans, wifi, a private swimming pool, landscaped gardens and English TV.
This well furnished villa comprises of a spacious living and dining room, a modern fully fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms - the master has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has 2 single beds and there is a further family bathroom and an open naya. Both the bedrooms are air conditioned - the living room has ceiling fans. For winter breaks there is a fireplace and heating throughout the villa
Outdoors the villa has attractive gardens with a gas BBQ, extensive sun bathing terracing with sun loungers and parasols around the 9m x 4.5m private pool. There is an open "naya" (terrace) overlooking the pool for al fresco dining. At night there are plenty of outside lights for an evening BBQ, and the pool can also be illuminated for a late evening dip.
If you have a car there is off street parking and a drive way.
There are a couple of local restaurants within several minutes walk and the popular pinosol park is within walking distance. Javea Green bowling club is close by. The blue flag arenal beach is approximately 2.5km away and has lots of shops, restauraunts, bars and water sports.
