Cap Negre is a stunning 4 bedroom villa in Javea with amazing sea views over the mediterranean.

Entry to the villa is through the gardens and into the hallway which leads to a spacious open plan living room and dining room. The views from the dining room are stunning and look out over the sea. There is a modern kitchen and utilty room. Also on this level is a cloakroom and a 2nd living room or 4th bedroom.
Leading off from the dining room is the furnished naya ,bbq and a fridge - this area is beautiful to relax and enjoy the sea views.
On the lower level of the villa there is the master bedroom with air conditioning and patio doors leading to the pool terrace, a double bedroom with a ceiling fan and patio doors leading onto the pool terrace and a twin room.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath, there is a family bathroom with a bath and a shower over it.
